How do I care for my pieces? 

Well, you take care of them. Sure they are dishwasher and microwave safe, but really, you should just stick with hand washing because who knows what really goes on in the dishwasher.

Can I make a return?

Um, no. Sorry. Small business here and doing a return is just too much for me to deal with.

My piece was broken upon delivery.

Son of a gun. That sucks and I want to make it right so as soon as you get the package, take a picture and email me. We will work something out.

I live in Vt and want to buy something but don't want to pay shipping.
